I’m a freelance sports, travel and lifestyle writer from Dunedin, New Zealand based in Hamburg, Germany where I’ve written for a variety of New Zealand, German, and US newspapers, magazines, websites, and guidebooks.
These include the Listener – New Zealand’s best selling current affairs magazine; The Otago Daily Times and The Press – regional newspapers in New Zealand; NZ Adventure Magazine and AA Directions; and Fodor’s – one of the world’s leading travel guide publishers.
For the last 10 years I’ve also worked as a freelance journalist for the International Tennis Federation and their Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup websites, travelling to and covering ties across Europe.
Additionally, I work as an editor for Rippple Books, a Hamburg based publisher.
